Engraving is an optional service from Caratrio Jewels, if you would like to engrave your words onto your jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us for engraving. However, the nature of some jewelry engraving may be impossible, unique engraving and a font may need additional costs.

Ordinarily, what's on the jewelry size chart is followed.

You have ordered since life's most valuable things we are selling. If so, it is essential to order an exact size, especially for rings, because whenever it comes down to consistent nuances in ring sizes, the difference is minor country-wise. So make sure you check the outer diameter of your finger as per your size on the official ring size chart because we follow this international ring size chart.

Options for shipment are available.

We offer standard free shipping services which take 20 to 25 business days for delivery. Should you wish to keep enjoying viewing your jewelry before you receive it, don't fret. We are happy to help you see the products right away if you select the express shipment option. The express shipping option offers a delivery time of 7 to 9 business days for the cost of the express delivery option at 50 USD.

Standard and express shipping do not include insured shipping. To obtain insured shipping, please be sure to contact us prior to shipping your jewelry.

Returns/Exchange Policies To Order Cancellations 

1.Please contact us to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one.
2.Just like other products, a custom or personalized order cannot be canceled.
3.If additional work on your order has already started, the restocking processing fee will be charged.
4.Caratrio Jewels (whether or not it's listed in our catalog, certified or non-certified) is no longer eligible for return or cancel once the loose diamond order is placed, as we have explained all the details in detail already, and may include photos or videos of the item prior to shipping.

To Returns 

1.Our company requests you contact us if you want to return your product.
2.Caratrio's approval is required for the return. A copy of the Return Instructions will be emailed to you once the Return Order has been received and reviewed. You must ship the package back within 7 days following the email's receipt.
3.If issues with your order present, we won't be held accountable for them.
4.As long as you return your jewelry, we are not liable for your parcel getting stuck in customs.

Note:- Please keep in mind that the price listed above is per design.

1.You must confirm your reservation within 48 hours of order placement.
2.We won't be able to reverse your order once the production begins.
3.And if there's is any case, If you do not want us to publish your design, even it's under production process or maybe in the post-production process, then we can do so for a fee that is twice what is listed above.
4. We will not be able to reserve your item under any circumstances once it has been shipped to you.
5.We are authorized to modify this policy at any time without informing my community.
