Most Delicate Collection and Ready to Ship orders are shipped out within 3-4 business days of placing your order. A Diamond Concierge will contact you within 24-48 hours if your order needs to ship out more slowly. Most Strong Collection orders are shipped within 4-5 weeks from the date the order is placed.

When purchasing loose diamonds, you can expect to receive your order by 3 to 5 business days. A Diamond Concierge will contact you within 24 hours if your order requires additional time to ship.

Custom pieces, including engagement rings, are ready for shipping within 3-4 weeks from the initial design approval, depending on the complexity of the piece. Most designs are approved within 1-2 weeks of deposit placement. A Diamond Concierge will notify you if your piece requires additional time to create.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International recipients are liable for all customs fees and import duties. Caratrio Jewels isn't able to estimate or provide a price quote for international customs fees or duties.

All shipments will be shipped through USPS/UPS/EMS. The Tracking after 24-48 hours following Shipment. You will get deliveries in 7-9 workdays.

All shipments need a signature upon delivery and can't be left unattended. If a shipping address differs from the billing address, additional documentation may be requested.

When you order a personalized jewelry item from my website, if you do not want to reveal your design through my social media accounts or anywhere else, simply let me know when placing your order. Cultivating a private design could charge an additional charge. In many instances, we want to show our exceptional work with our community members, However, when I make the piece specifically our customer's request, it shows my most reputable workmanship.
