Return & Exchange
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
If you wish to return an item to Caratrio Jewels for a refund, the product must be returned in original condition, in packaging, and with receipt within 14 business days after receiving the item. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will not include the shipping charges paid by Caratrio Jewels. Refund will be credited to the same payment source used in your original purchase.
Please use the following instructions for returns:
- If possible, use the original packaging to pack the item securely.
- Enclose the original or a copy of the receipt.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking services and/or insurance. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that it is returned to our distribution centre.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands made to order
- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hour of purchase. An address change could be applied at any time before your order has been shipped. Please contact us directly at Caratirojewels@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
